Thomas H. Scott is one of the founding members of the firm. He is a 1998 graduate of South Texas College of Law in Houston, and is licensed to practice in Texas and Maine. His chief focus is insurance subrogation, insurance defense, and business and commercial litigation.
Kimberly B. Scott is also a founding member. She graduated from South Texas College of Law in Houston in 1999. Licensed in Texas and Maine, she handles subrogation, civil litigation, family law and criminal defense. Kimberly is also a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children removed from their homes because of abuse or neglect.
Gabriel I. Pendleton grew up on a small island off the coast of Maine and attended the University of Maine, graduating magna cum laude in 2005. He received his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2010. While at law school, Mr. Pendleton worked at the Pittsburgh Environmental Law Clinic and served as an editor of the Pittsburgh Journal of Environmental and Public Health Law. Following law school, he spent two years as a judicial law clerk at the Vermont Superior Court, where he worked on criminal, civil, and family law matters. Mr. Pendleton is admitted to the Maine and Massachusetts State Bars, and focuses on criminal defense, family law, and civil litigation.
Thomas W. Bell grew up in western Pennsylvania and worked in the mental health field before moving to Maine and attending the University of Southern Maine School of Law, from which he graduated in 2005. While attending law school, Tom participated in the Cumberland Legal Aid Clinic, first as the domestic violence intern (Summer 2004) and then as a student attorney for the Prisoner Assistance Clinic (Fall Semester 2004).
Following law school, Tom focused on general civil litigation, family law and criminal defense, and has since expanded his area of focus to include social security disability cases.
Tom is married to his college sweetheart and is the proud father of three girls.
